As part of the second edition of the Women’s Spring Festival (VLPF 2018) taking place in Brussels this March, De Markten invites the Arab Women Artists Now Festival (AWAN) to present the work of selected artists.
AWAN was launched in London in 2015 to promote female artists from the Arab world and the diaspora to a wider audience. The platform showcases a versatile programme of artists across disciplines, while enabling established and emerging artists to perform side by side. This is the first edition in Brussels.
